Idea inspired by Mr Biggs. Call them up and say that their parked their car in a way that has bad Feng Shui. It can work for anything. Or say that you can sense that their couch is improperly placed and gives you nightmares so you can’t sleep. When they ask if this is a joke, say something like ‘My belief is NOT a joke Sir/Madam’, etc etc.
